Another book that I probably agree with the principle but not the origins. A great read so far.
Any John C. Maxwell book is a great read and this is no exception. How many people think they can or cannot make it in this world simply because of talent? What is amazing is how many people hold on to this view despite much evidence to the contrary - talent is great but determiniation and focus will take you farther.
Always the student - I (nurture) totally and utterly disagree with the title (nature), but I bought and I am reading anyway. Full of great observations - we just disagree on the origins.
Our namesake and still a favorite. One particular harbour - have you found yours?
This guy has a great sense of humor. Ticks. I’m Still A Man. It’s simple, but hey, it’s real and that’s country.

Monday, August 18, 2008 at 07:31PM Stumbled across this recording I made, man, probably 3 years ago now. I’m somewhat of a perfectionist and it’s not perfect, but what the hell, it’s for my Mom anyway and she long ago learned to look past my imperfections. :)
Tuesday, February 27, 2007 at 10:48PM These videos are now about 2½ years old now (August, 2004), but still fun. Most were from the visiting Grandpa and Grammy at their campground and the final 2 were us just goofing around at the Indiana State Fair.

Tuesday, November 28, 2006 at 11:28AM A special thanks to my sister-in-law Lori for having us to her hospital to personally do our ultrasound of Baby #5. I am still not what to think of this 4-D ultrasound - kind of weird in an Alien Returns kind of way, yet very intriguing and educational.
But, I had to know - what the heck is 4-D? I googled it and the ‘added’ dimension is time. Oooooh, silly me. So, these are just still 3-D images looped together which is why she, yes another she, look like she is doing the Mambo under a strobe light.
